Your father is one of my favorite artists. I found one of his paintings on a craigslist out of the southeast about two years ago and got it for my husband who has been wanting one of Marvin's paintings since he saw one in a gallery here in Juneau Alaska 20 years ago and failed to purchase it... been kicking himself in the rear ever since... the lady who had it was the widow of a guy who worked with your dad...

Hi, Mary Ellen, thanks for your kind words. Dad was a prolific painter. I'm not sure how many works he produced but I'm sure the number is quite high. A neighbor bought one at at a yard sale for a few bucks and showed it to dad, It seems this was a gift he had made to Senator Ted Stevens. MKy feeling is art finds its way to those who love it most. If I found one on ebay or elsewhere I'd buy it back. Cangrats on your score. Don
