Escaping Rigid Heirarchy Limits: Lateral Thinking and Networking

A Game Theory visual metaphor: whenever a rigid hierarchy attempts to throw an unacceptable limitation or constraint your way, try to use creative lateral thinking and social networking to navigate around it. This concept can be easily visualized using the metaphor of building of a new "work around" bridge link in the board game, Twixt. Try to think several moves or links ahead. Often you have to network outside of the established hierarchy system.
