Remembering Landscape Painter Jon Carsman

One of the artists' studios we visited for one of my SMU in NYC art history classes was that of Jon Carsman. I recently was racking my memory cells to recall his name. I was surprised to learn via a web search that he ended his own life in 1987 (at the age of 43), so I suppose he was 33 when I met him, and already quite successful. A terrible loss.
