RIP: Carmine Infantino DC Artist/Publisher

Another piece of my childhood -- gone. Carmine Infantino and Joe Giella drew this cover to the first Batman comic I bought -- issue #164 (June 1964) -- coincidentally also the first "New Look" Batman issue.
